NEW MANAGEMENT

We hope you’ve all been able to meet our new team working day in and day out at The NAT. If not, please feel free to introduce yourself next time you’re in and tell them a little bit about yourself. They’re terrific and have all decided to stay with us long term. Mandy and Molly are our new managers and are the ones who will be making all managerial decisions from this point forward. While you can catch them throughout the week at the shop, we ask that you still email any important questions, comments, or concerns to info@thenatroute66.com so that we, as a whole, can have a written record in order to better solve any issues and help improve our customer service.

SALES GOALS

We’ve been making a lot of changes and adjustments around the shop these past few months and are delighted to see our efforts paying off! Each month we evaluate our sales from the previous year and set new, higher goals for the upcoming months. We’re happy to share that we hit those goals in December and January thanks in large part to our new staff members. You all deserve a pat on the back as well! Thank you for understanding why we have started to monitor our contract conditions more closely and for putting forth the effort to implement these requirements.
